Returns / Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can ship it back to us for a refund or exchange under certain conditions listed below.
Note: Products may be returned within 7 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange, subject to approval and inspection. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Eligible reasons – wrong delivery, damaged, defective, incomplete, wrong-size, and counterfeit items can be returned (Ensure items are reported within the shortest time possible to facilitate an easy return process.
It’s fine to return something if you simply change your mind, but refunds will only be given if the product’s seal hasn’t been broken and it looks unopened.
