Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are also shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Kindly note that these shipping costs change from time to time and therefore updated figures will always be on the check out page. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unavoidable circumstances. You will be advised when such occasions arise. HISENSE KENYA ships to addresses and locations within Kenya only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes but to specific locations agreed upon by the client e.g. Apartment, House No. Petrol Stations, Eateries, etc.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive an Order Confirmation immediately when you make an order and also a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
HISENSE KENYA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
HISENSE KENYA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at hisenseke254@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
